Update: Atomic clock woes

|

Although the process isn't moving much faster than a snail's pace, LaCrosse Technology still appears to be serious about replacing a bunch of their clocks that aren't recognizing the new dates for daylight saving time. Back in March, I began a correspondence with La Crosse, and they fessed up to the clock I own having troubles and they promised to follow up and eventually replace it.

Last month, I received that follow up, with another promise that a replacement clock would be arriving sometime by the end of this month (June). And, not only are they replacing the clock, they are including a thermometer/hygrometer since my current clock has that functionality built in and the new one they are sending does not.

I am very impressed with the process so far. Although it could be a tad quicker, I'm glad to see that there are still companies out there that still care about their customers. It's either that, or they are protecting their relationship with Costco.

More to come on this if/when the replacement clock and thermometer arrive.
