A few weeks back I noticed that pouring milk out of the jugs that Costco is using suddenly became a lot less messy. Turns out it wasn't because I had perfected my technique, but because the jugs themselves had been improved.
They now feature a pouring spout of sorts on the side of the jug near the top - its amazing how such a little change has made using these jugs completely acceptable.
Say what you want about Costco, they do appear to listen to their customers and respond to legitimate complaints.
Even if it is just crying over spilled milk.
